Privacy notice.
This notice explains how High Elm Capital (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit this website or contact us. Questions can be sent to hello@highelmcapital.com.
What we collect
- Details you send us by email or through the enquiry form (which opens your own email app), such as your name, email address, company and the information you choose to share.
- Booking details you give when you schedule a call through Calendly, which acts under its own privacy policy.
- Basic technical information, such as IP address and browser type, processed by our hosting provider Cloudflare to deliver and protect the site, and by Google Fonts to serve the site’s typefaces.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange and hold meetings, assess opportunities you share with us, and keep a record of our correspondence. We rely on our legitimate interests in running and developing our business, and on taking steps at your request before entering into an engagement.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (such as email, scheduling and hosting providers) and, with your agreement, with advisers, co-investors or funders where that is part of the work you have asked us to do.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and for our legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations, and then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@highelmcapital.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
